2763/QD-BYT on June 3 approving the use of the Chinese-made vaccine against COVID-19
to meet urgent needs in the fight against the pandemic.
The approval
is made with nine conditions attached.
The National Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology (NIHE) is tasked with deploying a
monitoring system for the use of the vaccine in accordance with the law. The use
of the vaccine must adhere to guidance of the Health Ministry.
The NIHE is also directed to coordinate with relevant agencies to
assess the safety and effectiveness of the vaccine.
The decision took effect on the date of signing./.
