Health Ministry asked to quickly issue self-testing guidelines for firms

Hanoi (VNA) – has directed the Health Ministry to urgently issue COVID-19 self-testing guidelines for enterprises, thus creating
favourable conditions for them to stay proactive in their business activities
while ensuring safety in pandemic prevention and control.

The move is made after the Government issued which allows enterprises to conduct COVID-19 testing for their employees, but the Health Ministry has yet to issue specific guidelines for this.

Recently, several media outlets said firms have met
difficulties in production recovery due to the serious shortage of workers and
different COVID-19 testing requirements in localities./.
