Binh Phuoc (VNA) – The Red Spring Festival 2018

800 young people and volunteers to donate blood.
Opening the festival, the organising board presented
certificates of merit and gifts to five families, five collectives and 66
individuals in honour of their achievements in .
Nguyen Thi Thuan, Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Red
Cross Society, said volunteers donate nearly 12,000 blood units each year, 70
percent of them are frequent donors.
At the event, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s
Committee Nguyen Tien Dung launched the blood donation campaign calling on
walks of life to raise humanitarian sense and donate blood to save people.
On the morning the same day, the organising board collected 450
units of blood./.
