At the signing ceremony (Photo: VNA)Binh Duong (VNA) – Industrial, urban and
transport infrastructure developer on June 14 signed an
agreement to offer 40 billion VND (1.74 million USD) for the purchase of
medical equipment and materials for in the southern province of
, particularly at local industrial parks.
During the fourth wave of COVID-19 outbreaks, which hit Vietnam in late
April, Binh Duong recorded infections in a number of businesses, one of which
was blockaded with 600 workers put under quarantine.
According to a representative of Becamex IDC, the company
has also worked to assist testing at the local Becamex International Hospital, My Phuoc General Hospital, and medical centre of Tan Uyen township.
Earlier, the corporation donated 25 billion VND to the national
fund for COVID-19 prevention and control./.
