
Hanoi (VNA) – The Information
Technology Department of the launched a mobile app providing
users with the latest and precise information about the outbreak on
March 13.
The app, developed basing on artificial
intelligence, enables a number of users to raise questions at the same time and
automatically gives real-time response.
It also automatically updates data from the
World Health Organisation (WHO), the Health Ministry’s portal, and the
ministry’s “Suc khoe va Doi song” (Health and Life) newspaper.
The virtual assistant on this COVID-19 app is
able to improve itself on the basis of its user interaction history and will be
continually upgraded, thus helping to improve users’ experience.
The app serves as another source of precise
information about the outbreak situation, disease prevention and control
measures, instructions on disease diagnosis and treatment.
