Nearly 500 new COVID-19 cases confirmed on December 9

Hanoi (VNA) – Vietnam’s
COVID-19 caseload rose to 11,520,037 after 496 new cases recorded on
December 9, according to the Ministry of Health.

With 103 patients given the all-clear on the day,
the number of recoveries climbed to 10,609,473.  

Meanwhile, there are 51 patients needing breathing
support.

No death from was recorded in the past 24
hours. The total number of fatalities stood at 43,178.

With 21,006 doses administered on December 8, the
total number of injected so far rose to 264.829,281
million./.
