Thua Thien-Hue (VNA) – The central province of

() via the Action to the (ACDC), the project
is valued at nearly 6 billion VND (263,726 USD) and will last until August 30,
2021.

It is designed to improve the capacity of competent
organisations and agencies in the locality so that they can offer better
support to those in need, and accelerate the implementation of policies to
assist the local people with disabilities.

According to the provincial Department of Labour, Invalids,
